Together we will go over some paperwork that you need to complete including property disclosures. I will collect general information take measurements of the rooms and notes of features and improvements that you have made. This visit should take about 1 hour. I take a lot of photographs to utilize in my marketing!
After the sign goes into place and your home is entered in the MLS as a new listing, the Century 21 Mike D Bono & Co. office will also begin to market your home by including your Lake Charles Home in the next edition of the HomeFinders Guide, prepare a Lake Charles American Press ad for the Real Estate Section and submit the listing to Cablemart to produce on the Real Estate Channel. During the time your home is listed, you will also be advised of all showing activity via email or telephone. Feedback is important to help with smart decisions moving forward to sell your home.
In addition to the Century 21 Mike D. Bono marketing, I will also provide my Lake Charles Home Sellers with the added benefit of syndicating the listing to other real estate sites and utilize independent website promotion. I have systems in place to market your Lake Charles home to potential buyers. It is my job to give your home the most exposure in order to create interest from buyers, who will begin their property search online.
