If your Lake Charles home for sale is being shown regularly and you have not received any offers, it is not because of a lack of marketing or advertising on my part as your Realtor. The systems that I have in place provide exposure of your listing to reach as many buyers as possible. These systems allow me to track how many times your Lake Charles Home has been viewed online. What I can provide Lake Charles Home Sellers with is advice of pricing, condition and other suggestions to attract incentive and SELL your Lake Charles Home! You get my best effort but that may not be all it takes.
Perhaps there could be some obstacles to factor into the equation as to why buyers do not write an offer such as:

- Flood zone
Listening to the feedback and making adjustments that can be made will help. Sellers have to think like a buyer does. Although a seller may love their purple shutters or the easy care of scored concrete flooring, buyers may be turned off by certain home features. Every Buyer will be unique and have their own criteria of what they are looking for. It’s all personal choice. It just takes the right match and getting an offer on your home will require time and patience.
Sometimes a price reduction is necessary. Our local Lake Charles real estate market is always adjusting. The recent comps may not support the current list price and may have changed since your home was listed, so reviewing the market trends is important.
I cannot predict when a Buyer will make an offer on your home. What I can tell you is you can be assured that I will market your home to reach as many buyers as possible , and keep you informed!
