  1. We r really at a loss on what steps to take. We looked at some spec homes on Becky Lane. Was told that the cost was according to what was in it. Such things as fireplace, French doors going out of master room .didnt care for walking right in and seeing bathroom to the left. We don’t necessarily have to be on Becky Lane but not in flood zone . I know we would be asking the impossible to be under the 200, but if must can we keep at least around 250, and no more. Of course my husband has a lot of questions of his own if we can get together. We are from De Quincy and not familiar with streets and areas to look at. We are going to try our house ourself. Its for medical reasons that we would like to move. Any help u can give us would be much appreciated. Sincerely,
    Joan & Bill
