This week I attended the City of Lake Charles Zoning Meeting with my client who is currently under contract to develop 60 Acres in Southeast Lake Charles.
Attending a Zoning Meeting is an educational event. I learned about three other new Lake Charles housing projects proposed. Two were for multi-unit projects, one being townhomes and the other was 33 (1,2, 3 bedroom)new duplexes that will be an upscale gated community in South Lake Charles! The third is for Phase II of Sawgrass subdivision in Graywood.
